Como despintar miniaturas de metal (How to remove paint from metal miniatures)

Bueno aquí os traigo un nuevo "mini tutorial". Esta vez trata de como quitar la pintura a minis de metal. Puede parecer obvio, sin embargo, puede haber gente que no conozca ningun metodo para hacerlo. Para ello, vamos a utilizar solamente 3 cosas:

Anotación: El bote de cristal si es bajito y rechoncho mejor, ya que nos permitira cubrir bien la miniatura y luego sacarla con comodidad del bote. En cuanto al cepillo, si es con superficie irregular mejor, ya que rascara mejor. Se que las fotos no son necesarias para saber a que me refiero cuando nombro cada material, pero me parecia demasiado soso sin imagenes XD.

Pues bien, antes de empezar, hay que asegurarse de quitar las piezas de plástico que pueda llevar la mini, si esque lleva, ya que sino se disolveran como si de azucar se tratase... Una vez hecho esto, llenamos el bote con aguarras. La cantidad de aguarras dependerá de la miniatura que se trate.

Ahora introducimos la miniatura en el aguarras sin miedo, no se va a disolver ^^. Cuando hayan pasado unos 10 min veremos como la pintura se cuartea y empieza a despegarse. Es la hora de coger un palito de madera o de metal y remover un poco. Cuando veamos que la pintura empieza a despegarse por si sola, lo dejamos unos 15 min mas.

Llegada la hora, cogemos unos guantes de plástico ( no he probado con guantes de latex, así que no se si el aguarras los dislverá, no lo creo pero bueno) y cogemos la mini del aguarras. Ahora cogemos el cepillo de dientes y frotamos la mini con el, con cuidado de no mancharnos. Si una vez hayamos terminado de frotar, todavía quedan restos de pintura, volvemos a introducir la mini en aguarras unos minutos. Hay que repetir el proceso hasta que veamos que la mini está a nuestro gusto. Una vez quitemos toda la pintura, un baño de agua y un trapo para secarla.
